Why do male strippers....?

I was watching a reality show the other day about parties where females hired male strippers and I was just wondering. How comes the woman always ends up giving the stripper SHE PAID FOR ual pleasure (bl*wjobz, ect..) can't he just dance around like the female strippers do..? Men don't do that sick stuff to the female strippers infront of people! I just find it a bit wrong. Even the grandma was doing it in front of people!
