Frontier, Northwest, Delta or United Airlines?

I'm hoping to travel from Omaha (NE) to Seattle (WA) soon. I was wondering what the best airline to take would be. The last time I traveled was August 2008. I have traveled in the four airlines and have mixed feelings about services, so was wondering whether someone could share opinions.
