IIS or browser timeout causeing ASP.NET application to fail... PLEASE HELP!!!!?

I have a program that creates and saves a powerpoint presentation from scratch. The code generates 2000+ slides and take like an houur to run. After the code gets all the way through the browser gives the "Page cannot be displayed" error. Ive been trying to fugure out what IIS6 setting or browser setting I need to change. I have debugged the code and it works fine. REALLY APPRECIATE ANY HELP... THANKS
