Need help in finding a certain dress?

This dress was featured in the March 2008 edition of Seventeen Magazine. It was in an ad which is why I am having a difficult time locating it...The dress I am looking for was in the OPI "India" ad and it is yellow with sequins. This ad was on page 37. Any designer, store, or website names would be helpful! Thank you!!
