Where can I have an appraisal done on my uncut sheet of Michael Jordan cards?

I searched for local places to New Orleans and looked for places online but can't seem to get anything solid. The places that I have found told me they don't have to "tools" to complete the appraisal. I do have pictures so I will be able to submit them to online companies if needed.
