What is the best custom fit mouthguard you can buy online for TMJ?

Hi,I need a night guard that molds to my teeth, and don't know the best one to try,just wondered if anyone has had one that done the trick for them.Ive recently been diagnosed with TMJ, and im going travelling for a year next saturday, and dont have the time to have one fitted properly by a dentist(plus im scared of the dentist) im sick of the jaw pain, and taking ibofofen everday, and want to start my trip in a good frame of mind!! please help thankyou
