Chronic pain please HELP?

I've had abdominal pain for 6 months off and on. Thought it went away but now it's back. endoscopy and colonoscopy showed nothing. I'm diagnosed with irritable bowel, acid reflux, and lactose intolerance. I take prilosec, Zantac, miralax, dicyclomine, and zofran but I still gag a whole lot and my pain is back along with what I ume is heartburn. Haven't eaten anything out of the ordinary. Take lactaid with lactose stuff. I'm in so much pain and am so discouraged. Nobody has a clue how much pain I get and it hurts. Any ideas as to what to do? Call my gi doc? Regular doc? Do nothing?I took Tylenol and tums. No help. Still in pain.
