My stepson Crocs heel strap has broken.?

My stepson has had his crocs for less than a week and the strap has broken. Well technically not the strap but the logo on!! Any suggestions. Has anyone else had this happen? The logo seems to have just "unsnapped". How is crocs inc in replacing/fixing them if you buy them in a store?
