Need some insight.. having l discharge & side pain?

i had a bladder infection about a month ago ever since then ive been having white and yellow discharge and it smells.. my underwear don't stay clean because of this.. i returned to the doctor with about 2 weeks later got retested with no sign of a bladder infection.. my right side has been hurting as well right below my ribs.. ive been naueasted alot lately im thinking thats due to the fact dealing with an IBS flare up.. but it could be related im just not sure.. thanks to any answerers..
