Ladies, other than ,love and companionship?

Conversation, and he makes me feel safer than when I'm alone. He's not great around the house, and doesn't do what needs to be done 90% of the time, but he loves me and does keep me safe. He cares for me when I'm sick too. 39 years of marriage and we still love each other. What can I say? And my sister said "I give it six months!"
