Help me find this Movie?

It's from the 70's, it's a bunch of ridiculous commercials, I remember one guy being in bed smoking a cigarette talking to a sheep wearing a garter belt and thigh highs, I remember a commercial for "Brown 29, Made from Ur", I remember a lady cooking something like a cooking show, but everything was going wrong, I remember an upside down and nads with eyes and a mouth that was talking...It was hilarious, but mostly potty humor, and my daughter, (she's26) loves this movie and I want to find it for her for her Birthday..Thank you for helping!
