GIRLS! should i make my move yet?

I like this girl from my cl, a foreign exchnge student (german), here for college. Anyways, we met a month ago. I think shes comfortable comforably...tho we kinda talk in a formal manner. we talk in cl or outside cl whenever get the chance and she seems genuine and interested...she usually starts conversations (I try to talk to her alone usually, there are these annoying guys in cl who just dont leave her alone in cl). I realize that giving her space and not being pushy is probably one way i can distinguish myself. One time she waited outside cl for me and then started walking next to me but i didnt say anything....that probably discouraged her. Shes got alot of friends, alot of people trying to hang out with her (shes a wonderful person, beautiful and kind). I'm sure alot of guys have directly or indirectly tried to ask her out. I once saw this guy REPEATEDLY post something on her facebook about hanging out and she politely made up some excuse each time. I know shes nice and i might be mistaking her decency for the fact that she likes me. However, she does look towards at me alot in class (like when im not looking and then she turns away when i notice). Shes a person whos always busy with alot of hangout plans. One time, we had a 4 day weekend and she asked me how it went and I said it was awful since I didnt do anything fun and she said she was free all weekend as well (is that some kind of hint??) I know Im not in the friend zone since we're not as close as friends. but we do connect. as in when we talk its very natural and nice and all that..but not how real friends talk.Should I ask her out yet? u think she likes me??Basically what im saying is if delaying would hurt my chances or asking her out NOW will hurt my chances. I'm kinda impatient about trying to be a friend...shes got too many of those.
