Do CSU have Transfer Admission Guarantee (TAG)?

I'm researching online for TAG but all I get are UC's that have that program. I was wondering if CSU's have TAG and especially San Diego State University and California State University Chico because i would like to use it to get into those schools. If they do have it can you send me a link where it says that they do.
