Did Ozzy Osbourne almost cry when he and Sharon were renewing their vows?

On season 2 of the Osbournes, when Ozzy and Sharon were renewing their vows, it seemed to me like he was crying. I couldn't really see because he was wearing his gles but his mouth was trembling....do you think he was crying or was about to cry?
